Hope for Joy was created in 2009 when I discovered that my dearest friend, college room-mate and cousin, Joy Styles, was diagnosed with ALS or Lou Gehrigs disease. I have begun to work with Equi-Products in 2011 to streamline the message and assist in bringing their unique equine boutique online through social media. Equi-Products is a long-time favourite of mine, as I recall working with them at Spruce Meadows in the early 1990's, and again as a rider at Teasdale between 2001 and 2003.
Photo-editing and restoration is something I enjoy. It brings me great satisfaction when I can bring to life an image that was believed lost. There is a great deal of joy when a family member sees someone they love again for the first time and are able to recall the details of the photo and the sadness when it was thought that the memories were forever lost.
